The game is a humorous, exaggerated cartoon take on nightlife street culture. All characters – Bar Girl, Mama-san, Bar Bro, Bar Manager, Promoter, Security Guy, Drunk Tourist, Motorbike Taxi Driver, Freelancer, Street Vendor and the player character – are fictional archetypes. They do not depict, and are not based on, any real person, employee, business owner or visitor.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended. The street layout follows our own measurements of the real Soi 6 block, and a few landmarks around it (the Corner Bar, hotels, the Ferris wheel, the night market, some shops) appear under their real names so players know where they are. The bars along the street, their names and signs, the vehicles and the products are generic inventions; no real logos or trademarks are reproduced.

The game contains no explicit sexual content, no nudity and no depiction of real-world illegal activity. Alcohol-related humour is cartoonish and not an encouragement to drink. Please drink responsibly, tip fairly and be kind to the people who work on the real streets.

Die Bars entlang der Straße, ihre Namen und Schilder sind erfunden, alle Figuren sind fiktive Archetypen.
