You run automatically. Your job: don't stop, don't get grabbed, don't buy a Lady Drink you can't afford. Runs are short, restarts are instant.

The archetypes (and how to survive them)

| Bar Girl | Waits on the sidewalk, steps into your lane when you're close. "Handsome man!" | Change lane, late. |
| Mama-san | Stands in an outer lane and pulls you toward her every half second if you don't touch the controls. "Come inside!" | Keep swiping away from her. |
| Bar Bro | Stands in the way. Hitting him doesn't kill you – he grabs you for 1.3 seconds and takes 20฿. "Bro, one beer!" | Lane change. Or accept your fate. |

Street furniture
Sleeping Soi dogs and beer crates: jump. Low power cables (across all lanes) and Happy Hour signs: duck. Parked Songthaews block two lanes. Puddles just slow you down a little.
Pickups
- ฿ Baht coins – 10 points and 10 Baht each.
- Lady Drink – +1 Charm, +150 score, −100 Baht and you get a little tipsy (slower for 3 s). Risk/reward.
- Bell – 50/50: either a free round for the bar (+500, coins ×2) or Bell Chaos (everyone floods the street, score ×1.5).
- Lucky Baht – coins ×2 for 10 seconds.
- Sunglasses – Sunglasses Mode: the world slows down for 5 seconds.
- Lucky Charm – Soi Shield: one collision is forgiven.
- Energy Drink – Taxi Boost: 3 seconds of speed, invulnerability and +200.
- Flip-Flops, Street Food, Beer Can, Good Decision Token – bonus points.
Special events
Rain Mode (wet street, worse visibility), Closing Time Rush (everyone at once), Tourist Bus Drop (a wave of Drunk Tourists), Motorbike Wave and Bell Chaos.
Score
1 point per metre, plus Baht, plus near-miss combos (dodge a lethal obstacle in the last 0.4 s: +25 × combo), plus pickup and event bonuses.

There are also two secret ranks. Finish far away with an empty wallet, or accept far too many Lady Drinks, and see what happens.
